Im new and want to install GSPS 0.9..

Im new and want to install GPSp 0.9... i have this psp phat and has system software 3.80.. i followed the guides:
i already put bios in gpsp.. then gpsp% and gpsp in my game folder (psp/game/)

and i still cant run gpsp with error 8002014c and corrupt data which is the folder gpsp (w/o %)... It also looks like i dont have any recovery mode...(R w/ power Button)... which i cant tell if my kernel is 1.50 or 3.xx sumthing...

can anyone help? thanks

You need to have a custom firmware PSP to run programs that aren't made by Sony.

The firmware that you have (3.80) is official firmware. An example of custom firmware would be something like 3.90 M33-2.

To install custom firmware, you need a Pandora's Battery and a magic memory stick, and a friend who has a custom firmware PSP.
