wii backup loader questions

I have a couple of questions i hope someone can answer.

1. In order to use the loader do i have to install the cios downgrader if my wii is running firmware 3.2U already?

2. Is this worth installing right now? I read that most games will not work with this and that the ones that do are slow and take forever to load.

Hope someone can help me with this, thanks.

no you don't have to downgrade..there is an update for CIOS for running the twilight hack, CIOS, DVDX, and backup launcher on a wii version 3.3...at work right now..but should be able to post a link to the new update in a couple of hours for you..or just google for CIOS and wii in the search bar..should be able to find it..

hey sorry it took so long to respond..here is a guide i made with all the files already in place(just use the rapidshare link)..can be used on wii with the 3.3 firmware..
