nhl 09 loading screen

Once I put in the nhl 09 disc and it goes to the first loading screen it seems for the first few seconds there are a few stuck pixels (maybe from my dashboard)and then all is well. Does this happen to anyone else? Sorry if its hard to understand, its hard to explain.

EDIT: Never mind, it turns out its just because my signal is 1080p and I guess its the resolutions switching.

note* I dont mean stuck pixels on my tv, just kinda stuck like a glitch on the loading screen for a couple brief seconds.
