PSP only able to get to recovery mode, please help me

I have a 4.01 m33 slim. I was accessing the flash0 thru the xmb. I accidently erased most of the folders there. Now when I restart my psp, it turns on but just a blank screen. I'm able to get to recovery mode. Now when I go to advanced>toggle usb(flash0), it only opens up the memory stick instead. I was watching youtube videos and people were able to get the flash0 to open. Now I have the flash0 backup files but cannot access the flash0 folder. Do I have to use pandora to fix it?

Are you sure it is opening up the Memory Stick instead of Flash 0. Never heard of that before.

In any case if you can get into the recovery menu and don't have a second hand CFW PSP or Pandora Battery you can use this guide HERE to recover via recovery mode.

i found the solution, hellcat's recovery flasher. Requires no pandora battery at all. The program will flash thru recovery mode via psp>game>recovery>eboot.
