please help, ive totally confused myself with all my googling and yahoo answering... i need to know how to downgrade my

1. can i downgrade a psp fat 3.93 or are they not downgradeable?

given that u answer yes:
as far as i know all i need is a psp, pandorra battery, normal battery and a memory stick to downgrade it to 1.5 and then upgrade it to cfw. i dont have another psp btw and i cant get one...

2. so can anyone show me how exactly i can downgrade from 3.93 ofw and get the latest cfw (whichever is the best)safely including wat i need in terms of hard and software.

3. my memory card is 1GB

4. and finally, will this method definitely work and is it 100% safe. i reaaaaally dont wanna brick my psp i jus got it for my bday...

5. i have vista

6. How do i make the pandoras batterie without taking it apart

sorry for my questions if they sound stupid, but i duno anythin bout downgrading lol.

Look in the Ultimate Sticky Thread. There are numerous guides there. Including 1 for those that only have an Official Firmware PSP.
