Best Handling iPod Converter (multiple videos, no crashes)

For any of you that have had experience... I am looking for the best handling iPod video converter (.mp4/.m4a). I will be converting mostly .avi files between 700MB-1GB each.

Most important:
-Can handle 10-20+ movies in convert queue
-Can work consistently with powerhouse PC and wont crash (several hours on end)

Please don't recommend me SUPER. I think it's the least reliable and worst converter out there. (Unless there's some miraculous update I don't know about)

I really like Videora and all the options it allows me to choose but it's kind of flaky on dependability and the whole internet-based deal.
