OK from what I understand a 4gb card(which I have) is iffy to use with the Pandora battery to flash my psp. What card(s) are 100% certain to work on it, or what do you all recommend basically so that It'll work on the first time for me.

I don't wanna buy the batter alone from(dealextreme) and learn that my 4GB card doesn't work, and have to buy another card, when i can buy them both.

256 - 2Gb MS works great. My Sandisk 4 GB worked for mine, so not all 4GB works.

I'm not sure where you can buy both though ...

thansk I know where so its not a problem. Sorry for teh late response btw. So I have 1 last question, if I use say a 2gb card to make into MMS or whatever, will I only b e able to use that memory card for custom firmware?

or can I flash my psp with that and buy a 8 gig if I want and use it without trying to flash it? Im guessing no, but I'd like to be 100% sure on this.

After you flash your psp with CFW, then you can format the memory stick again to make it usable. Also, I used a 1gb and it worked just fine, not sure about any bigger than that though.

I've used a Sony 1GB and a Sandisk 512MB MS to install CFW without problems. I picked the smallest since I intend to keep it as my Magic MS.:)

This may be a little off-topic but I thought I'd throw it in, but when you are flashing your PSP, keep it plugged in to your power cord, because the third time I flashed mine (to try different homebrew with different versions), my battery died whilst it was flashing and I had to start over. Has anyone else had the problem with the Pandora battery not having much life?

Never. I used the same battery and downgrade 5 PSP in a day. The battery came with my PSP, so it aint the better ones ...

Never had this problem since I always leave the power plugged in.
