The Pirate Bay has won their appeal against the decision that had their site blocked in Italy last month. The Court of Bergamo has ruled that the block was unlawful and that Italian users must regain their access to the site. I'm Surprised this happened, but it's a good move for freedom of speech, which under the stooge of the neo-cons, Silvio Berlusconi is not so free. i wonder if the state controlled media is covering this? (Silvio Berlusconi owns mostly all the media in Italy)
