Any way to get japn shopping channel?

I have a USA ntsc wii and i was just wondering if there was any way to buy virtual games off the japanese shopping channel as they have different games? thanks for any help

I dont believe its possible to get the Japanese shop channel on a US wii, but even if you could get it working any wii VC games downloaded from it would not work as out-of-region wads do not work unless run through the freethewads program that changes their region.
