I am stuck on on the level "Under the City" just after Robin gets the swimming suit. Does anyone know what I am supposed to do now?

On the 360 version we went into the tank and swam through a tunnel going to the left. Then you jump out and assemble a pump. You, Robin, have to jump up and down on the pump to suck the water out. Then Bombing Batman can blow up the shinny round door. I hope this is what you were needing.
