Can I run all apps, emulators, iso loaders with 4.01M33-2? Should I downgrade to 1.50 after I get 4.01M33-2?

Or can I do everything with 4.01M33-2.. I don't understand the point to all the upgrading/downgrading between cfw's..

4.01M33-2 is a cfw right?

I'm sorry for not searching, I'm currently using Linux on my ps3 and it's going slow... It took me about 10 mins on my roadrunner connection to load this page.

m33-2 4.01 can run homebrew but need the 1.5 kernel add on. Slim psp can't get 1.5 kernel addon in 4.01 m33-2. And yes...it can definitely run isos. Not sure about csos though...
