I have a Psp CFW 3.90m33-3 And i have tried every guide on this site TWICE and i CAN NOT get the magic memory stick to work, i have gotten all 3 lights to come on, then it just turns off can someone please help me thanks.

The annoying thing about this is i have tried most of the guides on this site and when i make the magic memory stick and pandora battery is, i insert it ALL 3 lights turn on, then after like10-20seconds it just turns off, i have tried holding L that dont work, i just want to be able to make on cuz im pissed now
