they are outdated and convoluted

there's really just too much information there

i have a phat w/ 3.80 - ofw

what im wanting is a cfw which will allow me to play umd games, as well as downloaded psn games as well as all the nummy homebrew that is available

i do have a pandora's battery, but i havent made the magic stick yet because ... i cant find a current way to do so

i've found no less than 10 guides on this site and a few others, that range from this to that

so...

who here as the most up to date method of taking my official 3.80 phat to the most stable cfw - keep in mind that i already have pandora's batt.

specific emphasis on being able to play ps1 games [itching for some ffseven on my psp]

$10 in paypal to the person who's given information has me doing the happy dance

thing is ... you can't look at the date at the top of the thread for these guides... its misleading and most *will* appear to be out of date... however if you scroll all the way down to the end of the post you will see a "last edited" date which is far more accurate in determining what is current and what isn't...

that being said larry's guide is all you need... it will do what you ask and get you to a good CFW...

all the repetitive questions do amaze me

in one thread alone i saw 10 people ask the same ? across 5 pages

in following that guide you posted i was golden

ive played multiple ps1, snes and umd games without issue or fail
