Help requested unlocking Nokia 3120b (Cingular/AT&T)

Hey there, another first time poster here. Broke the LCD on my phone a few days ago, and a friend kindly gave me a couple spares. It's giving the "Phone Restricted" message at startup however, which is strange since they are both the exact same model as my broken phone with the same carrier (Cingular/AT&T). I've been to the AT&T store and on the phone with their customer support with no luck... if anyone here could help me out, I'd really it.

Here's the info on the 2 spare phones that I'd like to try and unlock:

1st Nokia 3120b, Type: RH-50
Cingular / AT&T
IMEI: 353783/00/800070/9

2nd Nokia 3120b, Type: RH-50
Cingular / AT&T
IMEI: 353783/00/176195/0

Let me know if you need any more info, thanks a million for any help you can offer!
