I have a Japanese PSP 1000 with system software 3.10 OE-A' on it and I can't get it to update
I am very new at this and do not understand how to do all the things needed
I have set up a network wireless connection and when I have asked it to update I get an error message DADADA which to me doesn't mean anything at all
I have tried here to find all the details necessary but it seems that everybody else is well clued up and some of the things that you talk about I cannot understand
I need idiot instructions step by step if somebody has the patience to help me I would be very appreciative
I am not a time waster I really would like to learn from anybody who can help being 53 it is a bit late to learn but I enjoy the gaming side which I can do at work doing a night shift and relax during my dinner break please if you can help Thank you..............

you can't network update like that ... when you are selecting network update its to install official firmware from SONY ...

i believe the DADADA is basically saying "hey stop you are about to go to official firmware"

see the tutorials here on this forum there are a number by a guy named "larry" and one of them is probably right for you ...
