Is there a way to rip music from demos?

You know when you browse through your demos or game data files, every time you land on a game it might change the background and starts playing music or something.
Like if you have a demo of Motorstorm it plays Pendulum, or DMC4 plays one of its own original scores.
Well, i downloaded Vampire Rain demo from the J-PSN and i totally loved the music when you highlight the game. Its sort of a music box theme.
And that eerie voice in Siren as well.

Is there a way of getting those from ps3 to pc in mp3 format?
I would like to know whether it is possible or not.

there are some programs where you can manually record the output audio though the computer rather than using a mic so that sound quality degradation would be kept to a minimum. I've done this before to get a song playing off of a site that I didn't know the name of.

But as for actually extracting the sound data off the demo I don't think that's possible with a ps3 demo yet.

Like canuckerz said, the only way at present is through your PC.

I have a RCA to 3.5mm converter (like THIS one), which allows you to play the sound from your PS3 through the line in on your PC's sound card.
You should be able to get the converter for a few £'s from any electrical shop.

You can then use a program called Audacity (HERE) to record the signal from the line in.

I have recorded a few music DVD's tracks like this, and the quality is really good. You can export the file as an MP3 when you've finished recording.
