my phone says that it is restricted and to enter a code. i contacted the customer service for my phone company and they gave me a code but it didn't work. can anyone help.

If the code your operator gave you did not work then your phone is most likely hard locked....What exact message appeared to you after entering the code ? Also how many codes have been attempted ?
