Hi,

I wonder if anyone out there can help me out to resolve the lag issue that I am encountering. I just got my Japan version PSP a month ago and the current firmware is 4.01 M33-2.

I compared with my friend's psp whose firmware is 3.71 M33 and it doesn't lag. I would like to know if any 4.01 M33-2 users out there is having the same problem?

Btw, for 3.71 M33, you may press the 'Select' button to configure. How about 4.01 M33-2?

yer with 4.01m33 just press select on the xmb and then go to cpu speed and change them to 333mhz that should speed things up

but i have found that 4.01 is slower than 3.90 and the others

Thanks Dr1ver. But you can't press the select button on the xmb on a 4.01 M33-2 can you?

yep its still there was never removed (may have been disabled from your recovery mode)

if its disabled then you will just need to re - enable it in the recovery mode
