I am using a sandisk for wii 1gb sd card and i have the homebrew channel installed I'm just cant get the wad manager to install because it gives me that error anyone know anyway to fix it thx alot

Did you install any custom IOS. I found that your will get an error with the newer versions of Wad Manager.
