I want to take off psp's faceplate but screw number 4 as shown in this pic is striped.
I have tried the superglue method but it doesn't work.Any suggestions?

faceplate rip off job lol

the only other way is to drill a small hole in the middle of the screw and then get it out that way but the screws are to small for that really

only other way is to rip the faceplate off CAREFULY and if you have a small saw try cutting the bits where the screw go into

iv doen it before twice now once when i stripped a screw and another time when i bought some cheap screws and the head snapped off.

if you dont care about the scredriver use a very small dab of Jb weld it works best you can use epoxy too but I like jb weld, I never used it on a psp but I have used this method on ps3 especially on the fan screws. get fast drying and let it dry for at least an hour, more if possible. I prefer drilling you can get small enough bits they make them for dremmels but truthfully you would probably want to use a dremmel with the pen attachment for drilling cause you would have more control and could see a little better. The worst thing is metal shavings on the board.
