Hi,

I have v 4.05 firmware on my PSP. I would love to be able to run ISOs, but am aware that this version can't do that. So, I have some questions:

1) Is anyone developing any kind of program/software that can be installed into a PSP with firmware 4.05 for playing ISOs?

2) Is it possible to run 2 firmware versions (i.e., can one be loaded into a memory card that the PSP can boot from)?

3) If I downgrade my firmware, will my LocationFree player still work (I would hate to lose the ability to use my $250 box!)?

1... 4.05 is meaningless.. what firmware did your PSP come with that's all that matters.

When I go to "system settings" -> "system information" the "system software" is listed as "Version 4.05". It's been upgraded once, automatically through the web. How do I find the original firmware version?

ok well you can follow larry's guide to install CFW ... 3.95 means it should work just fine.

i've never heard of someone running 2 firmwares... really all you need is 4.01 m33-2

i dont know what locationfree player is...
