my wii is USA wii.. has firmware 3.2U.
i just got mario strikers charged.. put the disk in, and it's asking for an update.
if i update, is it gonna brick my wii?
people say just don't update with different region disk, but the thing is, i don't know what region it is... how do i find out?
my wii has d2pro9.

Use wii brickblocker to check your games region.

hey.

for most games, wiichess is right, but for Mario Strikers, an easy way to check region is to see the title of the game in the disc channel.

If it says "Mario Strikers Charged", it's NTSC
If it says "Mario Strikers Charged Football", it's PAL
If it says something in Japanese, it's NTSC-J
