About a year ago i have some guy flash my 360, with recent games i have noticed that they all work but some time pops up with a message unable to read the disk. Now i use decent dual layer disks and up img burn at 2.4 speed, that's normal i think. Is there any way i can flash my 360 again with a newer and better firmware?

depends on what FW was originally put on your 360. there hasnt been that many updated FWs in the last year, if any.
