i have a movie in rar format. how can i change it to avi or dvd format so i can make a dvd video?

You need to extract whatever is in the RAR first. You could have an AVI, mpeg, or merely a cd image in the form of a .bin and .cue file. Use WinRAR to extract then post what kind of file you have.

i did that, i had a cd1 and a cd2. i then extracted the files out of these and i had a bin and a cue, one bin and cue for cd1, and a bin and cue for cd2.
