ETVS19 warning channel

i just scanned my eurobox before for the ppv and after i scanned the first channel that came up was a channel called ETVS19 and its a notice saying that im using an unauthorised set top box and im commiting a crime.so i scanned a couple of more times and the same channel came up ETVS.ive had this box for over a year and never seen anything like that warning notice on any channel come up so has this happend to anyone else before cause how do they know that my box is illegal so any.info on this would be greatful thanks
