Bricked PSP?

My PSP might be bricked, not sure how, I haven't tried to put any Firmware or anything on it or anything.

It's just not turning on, not charging or anything, and the Battery is 100% charged, because I tested it on my other broken PSP that can still function, but can't read UMDs.

The only thing that I've done to it was put a theme onto it and that's it, but that's on the memory card, so I doubt that would be what's wrong with it.

Any advice on what might be the problem/solution if it is bricked?
