i'am going with less of the cost but if recommended in my situation i will buy whatever,,,

1.i have to replace my dvd-rom drive..will this work on flashing any drive--[Powers ALL XBOX 360 DVD Drives]is this what it's saying....

2.do i have to solder anything? i'am looking for just plug n play....

3.FREE SATA Cable...will these cable be good for go on this motherboard?

4.and does this desktop pc have any good useful functions at my advantage of flashing a 360 drive...?

right now i have a Hitachi in my 360 drive but the drive tray is just opening and closing/so i will open it up after i buy the opening kit and if it can't be fix whats the best dvd-rom drive to buy off EBAY?

1.the drive isn't a issue anymore ,cuz either way it still needs 2 be fix or replace,,and i can take care of that problem...

You shouldn't need the connectivity kit to dump your existing hitachi firmware and spoof it to a newer dvd drive.
If you can't get it to be recognized by your motherboard then you could try a pci sata card with the via chipset. Here's an example.
