Help with a 3.90m33 semi brick

I have a phat psp with 3.90m33-3 firmware installed and I stupidly started messing around with the flash0 and now I have a semi Brick. I can access the Recovery menu and toggle USB and all that in the recovery. I have tried making a Magic Memory stick with the recovery menu and formatting it through windows. I have tried option 3 in the recovery menu to run the RECOVERY eboot and all the ones I have downloaded dont load except 1 that I do not remember where I got it from but when It loads it says its for 2.71. Please o please help me Im losing my mind

first put the 3.90 m33 or any other cfw eboot in the recovery eboot location. Run it through the recovery menu and that should fix the brick. If it does not post any thing it shows you on the screen when you try to run the eboot
