Upgrading from 3.40 OE-A to 3.52 M33?

Can someone tell me the easiest way to upgade 3.40 EA to 3.52 M33, so that I can then upgrade to 4.01 M33-2?

Start at: SE/OE/LE users start here... To update to 3.52 M33-4.

Then you can update straight to 4.01 M33 then 4.01 M33-2. All files are included in the download.
