Problem with Flashing Hitachi v79

I have an Hitachi V0079FL

After reading alot of guides, I was able to get into ModeB , I could detect the drive into windows

But the thing is when ever I put a Original game into the hitachi drive, the firmware toolbox doesn't seem to be able to read the original xbox game. The drive is there and all but doesnt read the drive...

What could be the problem?

Did you put in the "79unlock" cd and run it from windows media player first, pause it after the first time and eject it before you inserted the retail 360 game or movie?

Are you using a retail 360 game and not a retail xbox game?
