I just tried to run a region free PAL backup on my NTSC modded 360 (iXtreme 1.4), and it came up with the warning "this disc is a different region... cannot play yada yada".
Is it possible for me to patch this image to bypass the PAL problem and load on my NTSC US Modded 360?
it aint region free... period. Use something like dvd xmulleter to check it, though it wont be region free... region free work on all. It must just be a pal version bud
it might be an oxymoron, but then again, it may be a 'region free pal version' because it was released in the pal region or the world and has more languages from that area than an ntsc release for the US would have.
It wouldn't be the first time a nfo was messed up.
I could see how it might be pal / region free if the game originated in a pal country just as we have usa / region free or ntsc or ntsc-u or ntsc-j region free or region locked versions.
