I tried this code, entered as it appears, and I got a message that said it cannot be unlocked... I tried twice and checked the code but got the same result...

Any ideas?

My last attempt was my 4th attempt (I wasn't aware of the lockout until after 2 attempts.). I don't know if there were any previous attempts to unlock the phone, so it could be locked out already...

Your phone is hard locked due to too many previous failed attempts.

You need to find a shop/pro that offers a direct unlocking service.
