error 80020148 on kernel 3.03

I have kernel 3.03
system software 3.03 oe-c
All advanced setting set to disabled, and I get error 80020148 when ever I try playing a new game. The old ones I have play just fine.
Is there anyway I can get this fixed or is there anyway to undo the hack. It has been a long time since I did this and I am very confused any help will be great

Sorry about the original subject I wasn't aware, again it has been a really long time. And thanks for the how to guide working on that as I type this. Again any information will be helpful

I am trying the how to guide I got and it says if it doesnt work to go to the recovery menu and change the kernel. Is that in the memory stick or in the psp game itself

1. Turn off your PSP fully (by holding the power button)
2. Turn it on again while holding the R button
3. This should bring you to the Recovery Mode
4. Go to Config
5. Change the Kernel to what you want
6. Exit the Recovery Mode

Do not mess with the Recovery mode unless you know what you are doing.

So far so good I am up to version 3.71 and still updating once I get it up to the current version is there a way to update directly to the PSP via the internet...and I know this custom versions allow to play burned games any idea how I would get these games?

I think you can go to the XMB and click Network Update.
