Help w/ BENQ

I haven't flashed a 360 in a while. Last one I flashed was a BENQ but it's been a minute. So I just got a new one and was trying to flash using IPREP, NTFSDOS.iso disc, and partitioned drive. I boot from the CD then I mounted the drive, did the dben 7 serial 5 serial then Y to resend MTK Intro.

I did on and got 51/D1 toggling back and fourth then turned off and got it staying at D1 so then I turn it back on and instead of going to status 73 I get it toggling between 52/D2 and it doesn't do anything else.

Any ideas on what I did wrong?
