For some time now i have been trying to figure how to make and run a hombrew game for the psp. please help, i have no clue how to start

I have
-windows vista
-psp w/ 3.71 m33-2
-1 gb mem stick
-1 brain

pleas help

okay reformat the memory stick via PSP. Try placing the homebrew ( the folder containing the eboot) to the GAME folder. If that's dosent work, then try putting on the GAME150 folder
