What's the likelihood of getting banned for participating in COD5 beta with a legit code?
I ask, because you have to download from the Live Marketplace and I'm a little bit concerned that the ban hammer may be waiting to fall on unsuspecting participants.
Anyone used a modded box to participate? If so where in the world are you?
I'm in the US, and it's working fine for me! They wouldn't ban you for having a Legit Code?! And yes I'm on a modded 360! My buddy has an extra COD5 code, but he's looking for the EndWar Beta, so if you want the code, give him the EndWar key!

Tell your friend trading the widely available COD5 code for the harder to find End War code is not a fair trade at all and he needs to get real.
