what guide can i follow to mod this firmware? should i use Larrie's guide?

can someone please post a link to the correct guide for this official firmware?

Ive got issues..

Im following Larrie's guide and i still cant get it to work...

Towards the end of Larrie's guide, im suppose to see an image but i dont... it just exits....

after that ive even moved the ADD_ON files to the Memory stick...

I have a pandora battery which i bought from the net that im using and 4GB pro duo Memory stick... both work fine.. (ive used pandora successfully before)...

Once i put the pandora battery in and switch on the PSP, nothing happens just the power green light stays on, black screen... even tried holding in the R button but no joy!!!

what is wrong?

All working now...

I had to use the PSP Grader with the eboot 4.01... only way it would flash!!

Can someone please tell me the difference between PSP Grader software and following guides? whats the latest version of psp grader?
