Nero Live/Nero 9 Channel scan not finding channels?

Before I begin, a brief description of my system: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4Ghz, 8GB DDR2 ram, ATI HD3870x2 graphic card, ATI Theater 650 pro Capture/TV tuner card, Vista Home Premium Edition 64 bit. I offer this information because I believe my rig has the ability to easily run this software.

I used the "Nero Live" wizard to set up the TV viewing function. Nero recognized my card as hybrid (which it is), able to accept digital and analog video streams. According to Nero this type of card will not allow for PIP viewing (must have multiple cards for PIP). During setup it offers 2 choices: ATI Analog AVStream or ATI Digital Tuner. Regardless of what I select when the wizard proceeds to scan for channels I get a message of 0 channels found?

I know that there is nothing wrong with my ATI TV tuner card, because I am running Vista Home Premium Edition 64 bit which includes Media Center Edition which will stream TV viewing flawlessly. And although minor, the Nero gadget for the Vista sidebar does not display?

Is anyone experiencing the same problems? If so were you able to fix this issue? Any help would be invaluable, and Thank you for listening.
