I am near Rivet City after the GNR sat mission, I have no idea how or where to enter this place, there is a door but it needs a key and very high lock picking abilities.
Anyone there yet? this is of course the main mission in the game to find the Dad and what not.
obviously I wont be able to find a decent guide online till say 2 weeks or so and this game is huge so it may take IGN longer (Took them 1 month for GTA 4 completely)

This took me over an hour to figure out but theres a bumb up top that tower(where the marker shows on map & a scavanger chills )The bumb is at the top asking for water, if u face him and turn RIGHT to face the Carrier theres a com box left area of the screen facing the ship, just click it and they lower the bridge.
I swam all over and ran all over, but when I finally waited for daylight I found the com box.
