Hey guys,
I just recently bought a 30 pack spindle of verbatim 8x dl disk.Made in Singapore.I've always used imgburn with the manual break and the iso file write speed set to 2.4x with no problem.I usually buy the 2.4x disk,but with these 8x disk it won't let me burn at 2.4x no matter what I put the write speed at.It just starts burning at 4x and my xbox360 gets an dirty disk error.Any advice would be great.I got the 8x because they were on sale.Please dont tell me 4x is the lowest speed they can burn at.
Yeah I tried closing imgburn and restarting it.For some reason on the right hand side of the imgburn screen it says "Supported Write Speed 4x,6x,8x". What happen to 2.4x?I didn't have this problem with the 2.4x disks.

just reset to default, then uncheck verify image, and re enter teh layer break, that should work. I always burn at 4x and thats what worked for me.
