I have 3.80 M33-5 but my stick broke what do i do?

Hi, I have a psp with software version 3.80 M33-5.

I haven't played on it for months and just picked it up to play but my memory stick has broke! I have bought a new one and stuck FIFA 09 iso into the iso folder on the stick but it won't play!! No games will.

Do I need other folders on my memory stick ie Firmware loaders etc???

If so, where can I get them?

Its about 12mths since I last did this and so my head is empty!!! lol

Please help!!!
