Mozilla releases Firefox Mobile alpha

Mozilla has released the first public alpha of its upcoming Firefox Mobile software, allowing PC, Linux and Mac users to try out the software through thier computers. The browser, codenamed "Fennec", is built on the same Gecko code base that is being used for Firefox 3.1. I hope it will be available as an iphone app. It would be the first alternate web browser on the iphone I believe.

I was hoping the same thing but apple has denied soo many apps for stupid reasons before... I think this would undermine the safari browser... But an unlocked phone could still run the app
