Hello! I tried to search everywhere, and have found alot of info on this but I am still not sure about this..

I am abot to start a mod on my xbox. I have bought the X2.3b Pro. and have downladed the newest X2 Bios to flash on the chip. However I downloaded the Slayer Auto installer 2.5. also..

I want to upgrade my HDD also, without doing any changes to the original HDD.

This is what I think I need to do, please correct me if I am wrong so that I do not mess anything up..

1. Use the X2 Bios and flash the mod chip as described in the Doc's..
2. Make the Slayer CD and use it to boot the Xbox.
3. Make a backup of the Xbox HDD, then FTP to the Xbox and copy all the files off onto my PC.
4. Swap out the HDD with my new one.
5. Boot with Slayer Auto Installer and format / install onto the HDD.
6. Copy the backup files back onto the HDD, and lock it.

Done...

Is there any step I am leaving out? Or is there anything I do not need to do? I want to minimize the risk of damaging the files or the Xbox..
