my current one is on the way out.done the xclamp trick.tighened screws,ect,ect,whats best to buy,a new one, or a second hand one, which might have the rrod, but will have a flashable drive.if i get a new arcade i can use my old hard drive but if its a liteon i cant flash,decisions,decisions,

reflow that solder on it....that is the best method to use....but if you have to get a used one...

i left the fan over the cpu and heated it up the gpu for 15mins with the 3 rrod flashing,the funny thing it didnt feel hot to the touch after,should i try again.

I just bought one off of ebay from a seller, and told him I wanted one specifically with a samsung drive. It came to my door with the samsung drive and all working. Trying talking with the seller to see if you can work something out like that.
