yes you can downgrade your psp but you need a pandora battery and memory card to do so

can recommend me which pandora software should i download??(btw,512 mb memory card stick should be enough to make magic memory stick right?)*currently downloading universal file from this link http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/708959 tell me if i cant use it*and thanks for the information

sure no problem here is a nice guide here but you will need another psp to make the battery GUIDE

ok,hmmm..about another psp..you mean ask them to use os pandora battery tool program to make pandora battery??if yes,then i should borrow it from one of my cousin (all of them use shop service to install cfw 3.70 n above =.=)

i'm not sure 07anto07 is correct ... it may be possible to downgrade your PSP but 4.01 OFW is a very bad indicator ...
you may have the new TA88v3 motherboard in which case you won't be able to downgrade... if you try the pandora + MMS and it doesn't work you will know why.

Guys i tried used Fat & Slim Batteries which already Pandorized them still nothing happened. So PSP Slim with Original OFW 4.01 totally can't use with M33, I thinking it useless to mod them, the only way is to change Motherboard which cost alot...sighs!

even i have a new psp slim with OFW 4.01 in it....recently ordered a pandora battery from dealsxtreme... should be on its way...
will try to install CFW...hope it works...
btw, can i use a 4gb memory stick to make a MMS?

yes you can. i am using an 8Gb with UPT 4.3 installed, working as a MMS. :)

the firmware version does not matter, what matters is ur psp motherboard. if your psp 2006 motherboard is TA-088v3 , you cannot mod it.
