Problem burning DVD--

I am using DVD Copy X press.. was able to burn disc 1 of the LOTR, Fellowship of the Ring. However, my burner successfully reads disc 2 and after I put in the disc to burn the movie, DVD copy gives me an error but there is no way to research it.

Is the DVD just too long for them to compress?

try copying the DVD to your HD first rather than on the fly.. or try using some other software.. DVD Shrink or DVD2One both work..
