Update after CFW?

Hi
very soory if this is an dumb question but after installing CFW 4.01 M33-2 can I now update in the regular way through the PSP or do I need to stay with the homebrew?

If I can't update with the official download can someone please explain what it would mean if I did? Does it corrupt my CFW? Would it mean losing access to the games Ive downloaded, etc?

hi if you want to update to official firmware you will lose your abilty to play downloaded games
