ok if you are trying to play umd games like .iso or .cso they go into the ISO folder, if your trying to play homebrews like eboot.pbp then they go into PSP/GAME/ you said you went into ISO/GAMES but thats incorrect the only folder that should be in ISO is ISO/VIDEO for umd videos

thanks for the reply..ye ISO/VIDEO but i just rename the video to game.I never use the UMD before the shop have limited stack of UMDs my games is from the store dealer..so what will i do i will make another folder ISO.they work before im just wondering now why it doesnt work, maybe my memory stick have problem but my music still works,..in computers it doesnt matter if its NTFS or FAT rite? so it wont affect it while copying.

the store manager is confusing you, he open just /ISO/ and placed a game there, or if its a playstation game or hombew then it goes into /PSP/GAME/[NAME]/ where [NAME] is the homebrew or playstation game name it doesnt really matter as long as its like /PSP/GAME/Whatever/eboot.pbp.
okay so first name ISO/GAMES back to ISO/VIDEOS like it was then place your .iso or .cos games in just the /ISO/ folder and you homebrew games or ps1 game the eboot.pbp in /PSP/GAME/[any folder name]/

stupid question but you are uncompressing them right?
so it would be like /ISO/gamename.iso
and no changes in the firmware would affect that because its a simple file structure message, like if theres no music in the music folder or no .mp4 in the video folder, something about what you doing with the iso is just not telling the system that there are any games in the games folder so again make sure its like/ISO/gamename.iso or /ISO/gamename.cso
copy all you games in /ISO/VIDEOS/ and put them back in just /ISO/ and just to double check makes sure u uncompress the winrar files in order to get the .iso and/or .cso

try upgrading your psp firmware it might fix the problems you are having you can get the custom firmwares here even though the way the psp looks for the games hasnt really changed but honestly i have never ran into a problem like this as long as i have the files in the right place they always show up, they may or may not load or the data may be currupt but something always shows up.

check in your recovery menu (reset while holding R) under configuration make sure your umd mode is M33 driver or Sony NP9600 -NO UMD- (you can also do this in the m33 vsh menu by pressing select in the xmb) and also make sure game folder homebrew is set for the kernel of the firmware your on other then that you really only get this error if the homebrew was not made for the firmware your on but as for .iso or .cso the above should fix the problem

hmm, well the only other thing i can think of is for you to upgrade your custom firmware, some games wont play if the firmware is too low but they also usually will tell you if thats the problem as well; anyway updating your firmware may fix the problem so if you update to 3.90 m33 you can then use the M33 network update to update you to the latest versions.
so first download custom firmware 3.90 m33-3 right click 390m33_3.rar and use extract here it then go here and on the second page download the 3.90.PBP and place it in the UPDATE folder of the 390m33_3.rar; then just copy UPDATE folder with the eboot.pbp and 390.pbp to your PSP/GAME/UPDATE and run it from the game menu of your psp after that finishes there will be a M33 Network Update in the Network or Settings area of your psp to get you to the latest version using wifi

Just for your awareness...it doesnt always tell you to update. I picked up my psp after a year to try and play lego batman on 3.03 oe-c said game could not be started but didnt tell me to update. I knew what the error meant though.
Anyways, Ecnere...
.rar files are compressed/packed files. You have to open up the .rar file and inside it you should find a folder entitled "UPDATE". Place the UPDATE folder in PSP/GAME.
*EDIT*
And he's saying to click on the word "HERE" for the 3.90.pbp

double click on 3.90.rar and it should pop up with a window showing you that it has the 3.90.pbp file.
either that or you can do it as shaggy instructed and "right click" the ".rar file" then select "extract here" from the menu that pops up.
