I recently downloaded Brothers in Arms for the Wii When I opened the .rar file I had two .iso files that are each 4.37 GB they are listed as disk one and disk two do I need to burn them both to a single dual layer disk or do I burn to two separate disks What do I need to do here can anyone help

Well if they are 2 .isos then you burn each one to a separate disc.

I was a bit curious as to why it was 2 seperate .iso's but apparently its 2 different games so that would explain that :)

Its probably similar to the resident evil games for NGC, where you had two discs. To my knowledge the only backup requiring dual-layers is SSBB

The game has 2 discs. That is why you have 2 .iso files.
