can anyone tell me if i get my xbox 360 modded and play an original game on live with the console will i get banned or is that safe.

typically no.. but possibly yes. Basically while taking the proper measures you should be fine as many are. Some even boast about playing copies pre-release and stuff like that( dont try that, it is plain stupid). Anyway if you abosolutely do not want to get banned then leave the xbox alone and play only originals. If you are a gambling man then flash it, rip stealths, and play online like many of us do everyday.

I know people who play pre-release. If you do that, I recommend pulling the ethernet cord so you don't go online (although there are members who go on live with their games, and play against others before the game is actually released, and aren't banned, lol) I find that quite funny.
